Three months since my last blog at Christmas, where has the time gone? As I have to use up some Holiday, I thought I would have a day out. First I went shopping, looking for that elusive bargain. Then went to the garden centre to look at getting a plant for a present and some bird nuts.
Then went on to Leeds Castle, had to renew my ticket for the year of £35, sounds a lot, but you can go as many times as you wish, I go mainly for exercise and Photography.
Staff were very kind, I do like to have a little chat with one of the ladies who look after a section, it adds to the experience. After a couple of hours, going around and taking pictures and going through the gift shop, looking for present ideas. Alas, nothing that caught my eye except the prices.
Then I shoot off to another garden centre for a coffee and sausage roll, a hot sausage roll is a must! Then went back looking at plants, saw a double daffodil (Narcissi), as the person in question likes spring and bright colours thought it would be ideal.
