Happy 70th Jubilee, Her Majesty The Queen will become the first British Monarch to celebrate a Platinum Jubilee after 70 years of service. Congratulations!
I just remember the 1977 Jubilee (Just) everyone was celebrating back then with costumes, street parties, music and now in 2022 what a bunch of miserable bastards. Hardley any decorations or celebrations, is this because of the mobile phone generation or have we all gone PC mad scared of upsetting someone?
I'm celebrating in my own little way, which involves a BBQ and alcohol, can't be bothered to go to London due to the cost and aggravation. Plus, you get a better seat in front of the TV (the repeat box). So get your flags out and have a wave!
