Well, Wendy's has closed down in Maidstone, It just stopped trading and disappeared, which is a shame as I liked Wendy's. I did have a KFC a few weeks ago and it was very expensive for a family bucket and salty! (£18) They have replaced Wendy's with Popeye’s, it's got to be better than a KFC! I will go to my friend Gary Eats (YouTube) for a review on Popeye’s and see what he says about what to have or not! (Just a treat as I’m on a diet)

This does seem to be a very expensive month as I have a MOT shortly and I have replaced the glass in the side mirror as it was cracked, due to the cold weather last month I had a crack in the windscreen. I also need two new front tyres.

Slimfast, I have decided to give it a go, the old tummy fat needs to go! I have one slimfast milkshake a day, it's to stop me snacking! In theory! Once you get a beer belly, it's hard to get rid of it and I don't want to go up a dress size.

I did start with the Banana flavour but it gets a bit boring, so I got Strawberry and Chocolate flavour as well, I have also tried low fat yogurt with a splash of milk and two scoops of powder, not bad, just like a thick milkshake.

I have tried it for two weeks now and I think I can see a slight difference. The cost is about a fiver a tub, which is the equivalent of chocolate and crisps I use to buy.

If I go down a dress size even better!

Today I went shopping and stopped off at Popeye’s, it was quite busy. I ordered a classic chicken burger, a gravy and mash potato, a coke and a fries. Well being new I ordered it to go. I know I should have checked it as I didn't get my Coke.

The Chicken in the burger was OK, it was tender enough but nothing special. The fries had a coating on them which was average. The gravy and mash, well I didn't have enough gravy, the potato was nice. Overall I will not be rushing to get another one. I think its slightly better than a KFC, but just.

My car passed its MOT, on the sheet it said my front tyers were at 65%, 8mm, which were a week old, fitted on the Saturday and tested on the following Friday, so not accurite as they should be 100%.
